Burger King

I've written a negative review about their sister BK on Waverly. This location is the complete opposite of the other. This place has an amazing staff. There's one guy that clearly loves his job and approaches his role with a smile. I wish I knew his name, but it shows that he cares and wants to make your day better. There's also another woman at the food window that always tells me to have a good day and is so kind. My food always arrives hot, my orders always correct and has napkins. I know fast food isn't always glitz and glamour, but I appreciate this location and the staff

I've been to this Burger King about a dozen times. A few days ago I was waiting patiently at the counter to ask the manager a question while he's refilling the ice cream machine, and he looks at me and says "I'm busy" like I'm bothering him. No "I'm sorry can you hold on one sec". I chalked it up to him having a bad day. Today I noticed the same manager raising his voice with the front cashier in an angry and aggressive way. I don't think this manager should be customer facing. And, during the same visit, I asked for no mayonnaise for my Impossible Whopper, but they put it on anyway and I didn't notice until I had eaten most of it (I should have been paying more attention to what I was eating). I approached the cashier with the partially eaten burger who says I didn't ask for no mayonnaise. I told him I definitely did because I remember specifically saying "no mayonnaise no cheese". He then proceeds to show me the receipt as if that was proof I didn't make the request. I assume he didn't hear me ask for no mayonnaise, which is fine, but he shouldn't have implied that it was the customers fault. He could have been nicer about It, say he was sorry I didn't get what I expected, or even offered to replace the Whopper but he didn't do any of these things. I know it's Burger King, but I was expecting a little better service. Won't be going back.

For all truck drivers that can’t go through drive thru I do not recommend stopping here and ordering online. They waited for their long line to lower before making my food. Then wanted me to walk through the drive thru in traffic when they could have easily handed me my food at the door. And the manager is the one that suggested I do so. In safe and no care for my safety.

Never been a fan of Burger King in my area, but this one is special. Staff is super friendly and the food is best I’ve ever had at Burger King. Fries are fresh, chicken sandwich was awesome. Unlike the McDonald’s down the st the staff actually seems to enjoy working here and puts effort into making good fresh food.

Maybe I'm just getting older but maybe this just isn't as good as it use to be. Let's face it back in my day what the customer wanted was the key to good food and service but thats not the case anymore. They'll just give the oldest thing in the corner and call it a day.
