at this location I waited for about ten minutes in drive up. but the nice lady told me she would be right with me. I told her to take her time. when she took my order she was extremely pleasant. as I approached the window, she complimented me and was handing me my donuts and as I was giving her my debit card to pay. the next thing shocked me by surprise she said the guy ahead of you paid for you. what generosity. I thought it only happened with you tubers.

DO NOT GO HERE. I've been going to Dunkins twice a day for 6 or 7 yrs, and this is the worst Dunkin Donuts I've been to. If they don't screw up your order (half the time), they'll fill the whole cup up with ice (see pic). The last time I went there (and the last time I'll ever got there), they took 22 minutes to make my coffee/sandwich, and I was the only one in the drive thru

I’m a regular customer and I appreciate most of the staff here but I’ve had one of those crazy experiences few days ago . this one lady at the second window was extremely rude and she refuses to give me extra sugar packets because she believes I should have got it from the first window. I just parked there and kept staring at her until she had no choice but to give it to me. This employee needs urgent mental evaluation before resuming her job.

I said no cheese, they gave me one without cheese, honestly y'all have no idea how rare this is, I don't care it took 20min, they were slow but it came out perfect. Perfection takes time people and these people provide it.

I stop here pretty frequently, and I have never had a problem. But stopped today and paid $4 for a nice coffee that had a REALLY off taste. Couldn't overlook it and I am pretty sure something was not right with either the cold brew or cream in it. It was very disappointing.

Order correct most of the time. The concerning thing in my opinion is that one of the employees was not wearing their mask when they prepared my order and when they spoke to me.
The time before I went their mask was not worn properly as well.
