My cold-hard fries that was half full was disgusting I had to sit there for like 12 minutes thinking they were making fresh fries and they were not hot in the bag on my drive home that takes 3 minutes. I just don't think $11 for a chicken sandwich and a fry that is cold and half full I'm not sure what the problem is at 7:30 at night.

I don't know why I keep on coming back here even though you know you will get horrible customer service. In the past I had issues with my order being correct where they would forget items or condiments, but they seemed to have remedy that issue, however customer service is very lacking. For example, I ordered on the app and was excited to try the pretzel bun pub burger. Of course when I pulled in to the drive through lane, they made a sign saying they were out. I asked in the drive through lane what they are going to do about it, they said to pull up to the cashier window. When I got to the cashier window, she stated can we just give it to you on a regular bun. I said no since your paying for a premium price for the sandwich. I asked if I could get something equivalent such as a dave double. She asked her manager who seemed super annoyed and wouldn't even address me. They then went somewhere in the restaurant to find a bun which they somehow did. I was a little concern where they "found" a bun out of nowhere, but it tasted okay. If it wasn't for the promos and 4 for 4 deal, i think i would get my meals elsewhere!

I have such great memories of eating a Wendy’s burger in college at the student center. In the ensuing years Wendy’s has maintained really good food. However, for the past probably decade the food is sliding bad. I will not be coming back ever again. I’m so tired of being let down by cold food thrown together and being charged out the Ying yang. This week I ordered a double Dave’s burger with fries and a drink. The fries were stone cold and it was noon so they were pretty busy. The burger was cold also. The patty was lukewarm, the cheese was unmelted, overall awful. I got to pay over $10 for this! Like I said, I will never eat at this place again.

This place is horrible! Went through drive up and ordered 2 value meals. When I got home to eat both hamburgers were raw, fries were cold and only received half a sleeve of fries. I drove back there to get a refund and I was told I couldn't have a refund that I could only get food made fresh. They have employees not in uniform and employees drinking energy drinks while ringing customers up. I also watched the girl making fries kicking fries around that fell on floor instead of sweeping them up. I wouldn't eat here unless you like your hamburgers bloody. I will never eat here again.

THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!! I placed my order when I got back to work it was not what I ordered so I called to let them know. The Manager told me I was wrong and she knew what she gave me. OK???? so I took time out of my day to call just to lie about food???? I wasnt asking for my money back or a free meal all I wanted them to know was I more then likely got someone's order.

Got the chance to try Wendy’s breakfast for the first time this morning. Got there around 8:13 am 9.29.20. Ordered the number 4. Cashier was friendly. Food came right away. After opening the bag and trying the potatoes I could tell I would be disappointed with the rest. You could tell the potatoes had been sitting out. They weren’t even warm. Just cold and stale. The chicken on the sandwich looked old. Very disappointed as I was looking forward to trying it since I’ve heard such great reviews. Maybe ill try it again and request everything fresh.

TERRIBLE SERVICE. We got there at 8:45 (they close at 12) and all the lights were off on the outside and one set of doors was locked and they made us walk around to the other set of doors. They were out of lettuce, chili, baked potatoes, sweet tea (which they said they ran out this morning and didn’t want to make more) and several other drinks in there coke freestyle. The dinning room was filthy with trash everywhere. Also we were eating with family with small kids and the workers were in the back cursing and dropping F bombs left and right. They could clearly be heard from the the dinning room. Our food took forever and the lady who took our order was very rude and disrespectful. I did not see any manager working and tried to ask for one but the workers were in the back talking and not paying attention. I definitely will be calling to talk to a manager tomorrow.
