Extremely disappointed in the service here. I ordered online gave special instructions for a couple sandwiches and also order extra toppings because they always put 5 pieces of lettuce on the sandwich at this location and here we are even with the added toppings there was barely any toppings and then they completely ignore the special instructions leaving my sandwich inedible. My children had nothing on their sandwich when there was suppose to be toppings and then my husband’s s sandwich is literal drenched in Buffalo sauce . Subway use to be an ok place but now I just don’t want to go anymore. Such a waste of money to not ever get what you order. This location especially is so bad. Nobody knows what they are doing.

The hair that was in my sandwich was so embedded in it I couldn’t even pull it out . I went on my lunch but I did call even though I couldn’t go back because I don’t have time for them to remake it . Called and nobody answered but i did leave a voicemail but who knows if i will get call back . Just extremely disappointed .. I know stuff happens but they don’t wear hair nets ?

Awful use of technology! They have a touch screen you HAVE TO use to make your selection manually instead of talking to a live person (that is right inside…). But their drive area is so TIGHT that you can’t just normally pull up to the screen…
So you literally have to get out of your vehicle and stand there pressing the screen to make your choices. And if you press the button for assistance they tell you that someone can come out there and press the screen for you instead of just taking your order. It might be the stupidest thing I’ve ever seen.
Inconvenient and unnecessary. I will absolutely never go through that location again

Our sandwiches were amazing. Built just right and staff was on point and did an excellent job. There were steady streams of people the whole time we ate and they never missed a beat and kept the line moving. Awesome crew!!!! Definitely will go back.

We love the personal choice.. I never had a bad one.. nothing dry or soggy!! All items fresh and all delishes.. Our families varerity of tasted are always met here.. best place to stop for everyone..Not to mention coupons.. check out the one off of Jefferson.. tv and fresh water and juice and fruit.. You will love it.. always clean.. before the world was conserned.

Edit review: forcing customers to drive thru now is not a good business model. I do not trust the employees to make my food properly. Since when did customer service become, inconvenient service? If I could give 0 stars I would.

Ordered 4 subs online for curbside pick up, got them back to work and 1 sandwich was completely wrong. Tried calling 4 times to speak to someone about it and also left a voice message and have yet to hear back. The receipt was correct for that sub but it was not what was ordered at all.
