went here the other day when they were PACKED. I’m talking 20 cars in the drive through and people inside waiting to order and also pickup. the employees did their best and even apologized (which the wait wasn’t even their fault) for the slower service. my friend and i got our food in less than 20 mins, and it was all fresh. always love me some orange chicken.

The manager Silvia at the apple glenn location was extremely rude. I had placed via online door dash pickup order, and had a coworker go to pick it up for me. after placing the order at 2:20 my coworker arrives at 3:00. The employee over the speaker claimed that they didn’t have that order & someone had picked up my order and was refusing to give my order to my coworker without the order confirmation; once again stating that the order was picked up. The manager was so unprofessional and extremely rude to my coworker. My coworker and I both know what it’s like to work in restaurant considering we are both managers at a restaurant and deal with customers all day every day. The way the manager handled my order was uncalled for. 0/10.

This location is consistently terrible. I've been here about 10 times over the past year, and I can't recall a single time when there wasn't a problem. The service has been absurdly slow regardless of the day of the week, time of day, or whether I go inside or through the drive-thru. Even when it's not busy, they still manage to find some way to be slow. They also consistently run out of several things, whether it's entrees or, most recently, chow mein. And when I say run out, it's not like I just had to wait for them to make more. I mean they ran out completely. Other times I did have to wait for them to make more of something, which always takes a mind-boggling amount of time. It seems like they're not even trying. I've never had such consistently negative experiences anywhere else. And every time I foolishly decide to give them one more chance, it's almost like I expect something to go wrong, because it always does.

Worst drive thru in the fast food business. They only take the next order when the last one has pulled away from the window. This only lets about half as many customers thru compared to how every other drive thru works. This much slower method has to be costing this store a wad of cash, not to mention, making for a long wait for the customers that do endure the agonizingly slow line. It's very sad the drive thru is so poorly ran too because the food is AMAZING here!!

Went through the drive thru this evening and picked up food. Got it home, served it, and half way through eating it, found a RAW piece of chicken. I don't even know what to do about it... The rest of the food tastes like it's been sitting for a while. If you risk ordering from here, check your food before eating!!

Three stars because the food is really very good when you can get it. Two stars are gone because I would say 50% of the time I go here I end up leaving without food. Never enough employees, the lobby is often closed, the drive-through moves at a snails pace, while they ask you to donate to charities.
