Cookie Cottage

It was nice to find this place to curb my much needed cookie fix. I tried the peanut butter, M&M, and iced cookie. Each had wonderful flavors, but inconsistent on size and softness. Not a fan of the creamy icing on the iced cookie. It reminded me of a cake vs a cookie. I was bummed to hear the jars are for looks and not for purchase.

I LOVE Cookie Cottage; however I made an on--line order for a delivery for Valentines Day. I made the on-line order on Monday, February 7 (a week before Valentines Day) to be delivered BEFORE 2:00 pm because the recipient got off work at 3:00 and I wanted to make sure he received them and had time to share with his staff. The cookies were delivered at 2:50. I realize that Valentines Day is probably one of the biggest selling/delivery days for Cookie Cottage, but the purpose of me ordering them an entire week ahead was so that they would be delivered in a timely manner. I was very disappointed with the time they were delivered. I will opt for picking them up myself next time.

Now located on West Washington Center Road beside Texas Roadhouse! Great location. Easier to find, and a very nice parking lot that Cookie Cottage uses during the day, and Texas Roadhouse uses in the evening. Great building with a lot more show-room and more room for customers. And the tables outside on the front sidewalk are a nice addition and under the front roof. The entrance door is on the left of the front of the building, and the exit door in on the right. You can not see this building from I-69. And you can not see this building from west bound on Washington Center Road until you pass under I-69. Then it is an immediate sharp right as soon as you clear the bridge... If you miss it, that is okay, just turn right into the Texas Roadhouse because the parking lots connect. The restaurant before needed visability and a bigger parking lot. Cookie Cottage is one of those places you will seek out no matter where it is! Yes, they really are that good. There always seems to be a line of customers everytime I go to get cookies! But, the young ladies behind the counter are very friendly & fast and know their cookies! I am literally in and out with a box of the best cookies in less than 7 minutes. Oh! And they now deliver using Fed-Ex 2 day! Fed-Ex is always a little pricey but Fed-Ex service is very good and these cookies are really worth it!
