Taco Bell

The drive thru attendant outside is very courteous and patient. The food is usually pretty quick getting out the window, but the last 2 visits about a week apart , the Sierra Mist syrup was out. The 1st time it happened we had already left the store. The second time it happened, I checked it..it was out then too. I told the window clerk that it was out. She offered to get me something else, but that would be a problem for the next customer wanting some sierra mist. So, I just asked if they could just change the syrup. They may be short handed, but it's a customer service based business. She acted very short tempered about it being something simple. For that I suggest always checking your drinks before you drive away.

Food and service were great. My issue is they had a girl outside taking orders on an ipad. The drive thru speaker was working, but they had her outside. We were the only ones in the drive thru, so it's not like they were doing it because they were busy. I can't believe this company would have an employee out there by themselves taking orders, in the dark. How are they going to explain it to a family member if something happened to her out there???? My child would NOT be allowed to do that. I'm sure the owners of that corporation would never allow their children to do that. Everyone knows that crime is up in the area, and yet they are going to put a female employee outside, ALONE. Great job taco bell!

Apparently from 3am to 5 am they are “updating systems” I came at 3am went home waited 2 hours tell 5 and same answer. Id believe it if the person that keeps saying that didn’t try to tell me that last week it was cash only and preferably 20$ because of low bills. I I watched him pocket the actual cash that’s supposed to go into the register so be warned about the night crew.
