Our office got lunch here last week. The fries and fingers were not great at all. I was also charged for items that were not ordered or received. I tried calling several times, and apparently no one at this location answers the phone. I went by after work to get the money I was charged for the food that was not received. I was told I would have to come back when the girl that took my order works again.

I love the food here, but they don't keep much of a selection of chicken on the buffet. If you like backs and grilled wings you'll probably be extremely happy. They have a sign up telling you not to ask for any chicken not already on the buffet. I've decided to just order off the menu from now on. The buffet is just not worth the price. Plus, you have to go to a busy cashier for a second plate, and then go through line again to get food.

Poor customer Service I bought an order For My husband yesterday which he was working apparently it was the wrong order and it Was Too extra crispy my husband didn’t eat it neither . He couldn’t exchange it because of his job schedule, I couldn’t at that moment either I was out at an appointment . We went the following day to exchange it and they couldn’t do anything about it , neither refund you the money so make sure if you want to exchange or refund do it the same day. The Spanish manager there didn’t even try to resolve it he just kept saying it happen yesterday we can’t do nothing about it. I have had other experiences at other places whenever is the wrong order and they Want the client satisfied and They go ahead and give you a new order . Plus tax it was almost $10 dollars I know is only $10 dollars if I’m not satisfied is like I’m throwing it away when I can use it for gas or donate it . I don’t like leaving reviews but just so y’all know .

The experience was just ok. They no longer have a buffet nor offer a senior citizen discount.The girl at the register is fairly new, she said, she was sweet but placing the order was a little bit of a struggle. The food came quick but was thrown up there on the counter and wasn't even asked if we needed anything else. The food was warm and ok. Just not the experience I use to have when going there.
