Pdq Ft. Myers

Went down to Fort Myers to see my family while in Florida. We have eaten at the PDQ in Clearwater and love their chicken Tenders. When I remembered there was one in Fort Myers, I knew I wanted to eat there for one times sake. The biggest difference I noticed was the fries, last time we had PDQ was about 5-6 years ago, and they had had skinny shoestring fries back then. This time here, they had waffle fries, which we actually prefer over the skinny ones. Everything came out hot, fresh, and delicious! I wish they would open up one of these in eastern Tennessee

I don't eat much fast food due to poor customer service and always receiving our orders cold. But I will say PDQ on 41 in ft Myers was a wonderful experience as soon as I walked in the door. The place was very clean and we were greeted at the register by a young lady that gave off such a positive attitude and energy she seemed very happy to be at work and very happy to help us. I asked her Name to do this Review because she deserves recognition for her outstanding service. J'Myah Leaphart thank you very much for creating a good experience for us and I also wanna thank the Kitchen because our food was definitely hot and fresh. Over all you all made it a great experience thank you.

This is the best PDQ in the State, hands down. The manager Anna Walker and her team create a welcoming environment, they are personable, know everyone’s name and seem truly interested in how we are doing. Every time we come in there is pleasant conversation. They make lunch time a pleasure, whether during the week or on the weekends. I highly recommend this location, you will not be disappointed. They are truly dedicated to quality.

I have a love hate relationship with this location. Super nice employees. Food does 95% of the time taste great. However, they do seem to forget little things sometimes. Second time visiting, they forgot my fries. Twice they forgot the cheese I paid extra for on my chicken sandwich. This time....those things listed before I can forget, but this one I cannot. I mentioned they forgot to add cheese to my sandwich the other day, and they did slide a "next meal is on us" card into my bag. I am thankful, however .......the picture below is what sets me off. The fries are about 2$. Cheese is a 1.20 a slice. which means that is a total of $4.40 with the fries. Just look at this sandwich.....the meal was 11$. Just can't believe it can even pass as a chicken breast. This is a sandwich for little kids who like the extra spice. I hate confrontation so I don't even wanna mention it to them and honestly, I am sure they would make up for it. We'll have to see the next time I go in. Edit 01/18/23: Got an order. This time I didn't ask fo cheese. Manager put it on for me. I've gone way too much because she knows me by name now and what cheese I like. Either way, bumped it up a star because while I hate complaining to get things, she didn't have to do it. And it's things like that is what makes restaurants thrive.
