The help is very nice but the store can be a little cleaner. Also, they play the music way too loud early in the morning. Does not make for a pleasant experience if you want to sit down for a couple of minutes.

Really needs to have staff clean the store.
Cafe mocha has been economized by using powdered cocoa.
Costs have cut into their profits but why does the paying customer have to suffer.
Out of stock, stirrers and napkins.
Dunkin Donuts with their expresso blends is the way to go

Amazing and friendly staff. I had a mishap causing me to drop my food. They came over to me and asked if I was ok, and made me a fresh order. Best Starbucks experience I've had in a very long time.

Starbucks should be a reliable cup of coffee that you can plan on - but this location doesn't brew dark roast in the afternoons, which means if you're not a Pike drinker, you're out of luck. They'll apparently brew their current dark roast on the clover and only charge the regular price, which is nice if you've got the time. For that, two stars instead of one. Still, you ought to be able to walk in and get dark roast without it being morning - and without the longer wait for the clover. It's been years since I went to a Starbucks that stopped brewing dark roast this early, and it takes away from the reliable consistency of the experience.

Love Starbucks for its great coffee and pastries, but this Starbucks needs more attention to refilling their condiments and keeping this area clean, plenty of staff on this day, so no need to be empty and messy, great and friendly but pay attention to details, dirty and empty is a real turn off....

They always make a mistake putting an espresso shot on my kid's drink, everytime!!! They remade it 3 times today.. uggg...

Had to ask for my coffee to be remade. I told the girl 2 times what I wanted and she still made it wrong.. For the 2nd time.. I may not go there again..

Used to be good, now the new manager and the crews are downers. I was sitting for an hour with my friends having some coffee with chats. Dirtier than gas station restrooms, tables are not kept clean. They were not dillingent at all. They were busy looking over other crews back and support rather than knowing what they were doing. I am going to other Starbucks even if it's bit further. Conclusion, the place is slowly and quickly getting worse.
