Red Lobster

We rarely go here, however we will come again and were very pleased with the quality of the dishes. Salmon, Shrimp, biscuits, rice, etc. Wife had lobster (not in shell), I think with crab. Forget the name but she wants healthy food and great flavor and gave this a real thumbs up. I had a meal in the 20's and took half home. So good the next day. Wife had a meal in the teens, and we brought her baked potato and dressings home for me with my left over. Oh ps: the sauce was so awesome. Should have taken a picture for you.

There was no wait. We walked in & were seated right away. We were immediately greeted by our FANTABULOUS server Bethany. She is awesome. She has all the qualities of an amazing server. She got our drink orders right as we were sitting down. We had refills before our drinks were empty. We didn't have to wait for anything. Bethany is an all star. Red Lobster is blessed to have her. When we come again we will always ask for Bethany

UPDATE(2022): Give credit where credit it due! Red Lobster has/is rebounding nicely post-Covid. My wife and I continue to go there 2-3x per year, and the last few experiences (including Valentine's day) have been so much better! My wife never wavers from the Walt's fried shrimp entree; I have discovered Salmon New Orleans (which has been cooked to perfection three times running / pictured). All this, I have changed my previous review from 1 to 4 ⭐'s! What happened to Red Lobster? What a disappointing dining experience! Where shall I begin? At the five o-clock dinner hour the restaurant was completely out of lobster tails and butterfly shrimp. The bowl of clam chowder was delivered, but appeared to me to be less than half filled (I requested a more "generous" serving and it came back with ever so much more). The soup was thin and scant -- certainly not rich or creamy. My wife remembers the Caesar salad having shredded cheese on past occasions, but not tonight. And the tarter sauce -- what happened to the tarter sauce? It used to be tangy with plenty of relish; tonight's tarter sauce was almost entirely mayonnaise with a trace of relish every so often (upon close inspection). The special upcharged side order of harvest vegetables was undercooked and meager (all of 5 brussel sprouts and and about a third of a cup of diced sweet potatoes for an extra $2.50 -- we returned those). Mind you, nothing was prompt about the service. At long last, after paying in cash, I received my change, which included forty cents -- delivered in nickels, all eight of them.

Our main meals were good (the biscuits were awful though.. old and SALTY) , we came for lunch. Unfortunately, our server was slow to help us and very disorganized. We had to ask a different server for our drinks and silverware, because our server never brought them. Usually we have pretty positive experiences here but this is the second time in a row that the service left much to be desired... Which is a shame, because I really like eating here.

Haven't visited in a while but it's alot more pricey than I remember. Biscuit and the Lemonade drinks are still fire. The picture from commercials makes the food seems more that it actually is. The taste of the food is ehhh. Not terrible but nothing to die for. One cool thing thought is that they have a thing at the table you can use to pay whenever you are ready.
