Wife picked up a family chicken meal with 6 biscuits and a famous bowel, gets home only 4 biscuits and the mash potatoes taste like chemical is my best way to explain it, pretty disappointed when we spent a total of $50 for only to be able to eat the chicken, I do not recommend this place they seem to keep forgetting stuff with the orders and just seem to have gone down hill even more then before. Save your hard earned money for better food

Bought one large fries but got a small size. Not the first time this happened. All the workers act like they don't care. They look at you like you get what we give you. Understand that we are the ones paying for the food.

Went to the Forest Lake location out of convenience and quickly found out it wasn't worth it. The chicken strips, fries and original recipe were all old and didn't taste fresh at all. If you can, go to Blaine, Fridley, Roseville or even Anoka - have never had trouble at any of those locations.

Shorted on fries. Maybe 12 pieces. Chicken strips are now half the size that they used to be. You only get 5 strips instead of 6. And the price is up . Also doesn't taste like KFC Chicken. Kinda bland and dry.

Food was ok, the building was disgusting. From the moment we opened the door. Dirty and moldy, every inch of the place needs to be deep cleaned.
The staff were all great, but felt they could use an extra hand.

I ordered a potato bowl and it was cold chicken in the bowl was rock hard. The service wasn't that fast. The best thing about the meal was the cold bottle of water. I will not be returning there.

Very expensive if you make the slightest change to a meal. The food is good but I don't enjoy spending an arm and a leg to eat it. I'd rather go to any of the other restaurants nearby that are far under 20 bucks.

I found the 12 piece family meal from the Forest Lake franchise for $40 was a huge waste of money and very disappointing.
The chicken was so overcooked and small, I'm thinking their using cornish game hens. Instant mashed potatoes and runny gravy.
The only saving grace was the coleslaw and biscuits. Can get better food at the deli for half the price.
