The servers don't care to serve you. They're too busy partying themselves, drinking, smoking, and chatting. The hookah has also gone down in quality. We had to change our hookah 3 times within 30 mins and then we just walked out.

Servers weren’t attentive to customers. My boyfriend and i had to get up to find them when we wanted to order. Lots of flies in the building so they landed on our food. The music stopped on many occasions. I would not recommend this place. They definitely need more professional people working here and to work on there cleanliness

One of the best place in town ,, trust me , just ignore all negative reviews, Boby is great guy and his team ,, they very good hukkah and music , amazing place , ,it’s huge place which is not easy to maintain but hats off Boby , his great guy ,, had good time last night , thanx

Very expensive place for the experience you get. The place was extremely loud and we did not like the song selection at all. The hookah is decent but very expensive. If you are really into loud hindi/telugu music this place is for you else stay away.

First of all it is supposed to be Hookah (Shisha) lounge, however they have cover charges just like clubs.
Secondly no customer service, overly priced and extremely loud music kinda annoying.
Third not a safe place if you by yourself.

Manager Charlie was very efficient & helpful with party package info for booking our party here recently. The decorations were executed properly to fit party theme requested & staff brung the bottles out in a timely manner. Great service, great music throughout the night.

It's really nice and clean. It's a good athmosphere to spend time relaxing, dancing ect. I give a 3 stars only because the entrance fee is too much. $20 at the door just to get in that's crazy otherwise i would it give a 5 stars. By the way the server was really time and helpful.

This place advertised as open at 4pm yet I arrived with friends at 8pm on a Saturday and the establishment was CLOSED. I drove an hr to get here
