Ihop

For my first time eating at IHop was great. My girlfriend couldn't stop talking about how IHop is better than Denny's im sorry but yes it is lol. I work at Denny's and im disappointed because its not as nice set up as IHop. Awsome service NO wait to get seated & no wait for food to come out. The oinon rings was not greasy at all. My girlfriend and i liked the banana & nutella crepe was delicious. My girlfriend liked the strawberry & banana french toast. Omfg the iced vanilla coffee was the bomb!!!!

I have been here before. The staff is friendly, but the service seems to have slipped since the last time I was here. Waited 15 min before taking our order. The food was not good this time. I ordered an egg white omlette with spinach (what I usually order) Simple enough. Most of it was overcooked. If it was not for the fact I had limited time and had not eaten yet, I would have sent it back. I don't think I will return.

We went on Saturday morning. There were just a handful of other people there. They had the tables cleared of all condiments. Our server brought us little individual packets of salt and pepper and the sugar-free syrup that I needed. The food was really good and everyone there seemed very pleased. It was nice to see that everything seemed as normal as it could be in our new normal.

3rd time is a strike out! No more coming to this location. Unfortunately the customer service and management are not up to the any reasonable standard. Many issues and mistakes everytime we come here. This time we got charged for 2 coffees when there was only 1....keep an eye out for ridiculous high charges for sides like cheese or 2 eggs or hash browns...we payed $12 additional for the extras! Sides and extras were cold and small portioned! This place is highway robbery and they know it as well. Manager is not helpful or accommodating. Go to Denny's! They care more about there customers and service!

It took a while to get seated, the person up front was doing everything, it seemed she didn't have time to seat us. It wasn't busy at all and I had to wait in front of the cash register with my service dog . It made me feel stressed waiting there, when I saw so many tables that were empty. She didn't even ask me where I wanted to sit. I came there to have my birthday pancakes. She tried to sit me in the worst table, in front of that kitchen door with all the noise and people coming in and out. I have a disability and I feel that she didn't take that in consideration. If I didn't need a service dog I would not have one. I think that a little consideration and compassion should be practiced. The waitress was great once I got seated.

Just went here for breakfast and the food was something I could make at home when I go out I expect better than what i cook. But the part I'm upset about is when we left they charged us for a different table that was more than our order! And when we tried to hand Deborah out receipt for our table she said "oh no that's yours" and then charged us for someone else's table never going here again!

The waitress Deborah at this location is the nicest, best waitress I've ever had in my 40 years of eating at a restaurant. Not only was she amazing at customer service, the effort she was putting into the event tomorrow for the UC Davis Children's hospital was wonderful. This woman is a very hard worker. I hope IHOP knows the type of employee they have and treats her good!:) P.S. we literally just realized we went in about 20min before they closed! We feel so bad! Totally thought this location was 24hrs. Deborah didn't make us or the other man there feel rushed in any way! The cooks did an amazing job on our food as well which shows me they also weren't rushing themselves to make our food and get us out of there! Our regular location is in Rocklin but from now on this will be our go to. Next time we will get there earlier;)
