My drink was good, like you'd expect from any Quickly. But the popcorn chicken was over salted and did not taste like the usual recipe Quickly offers. The Quickly on 15th street in downtown Sacramento is by far tastier in every aspect.

Quickly is absolutely wonderful and I personally love all of their drinks and food options. They are never too busy and you will get everything you order very promptly. I recommend coming here for a quick and pretty cheap refreshment.

No one answered the phone and i was trying to check if they had the Avocado Pearl Smoothie. So decided i would just take the drive from Placerville to Folsom. The kid working behind the counter said they did have it cause the Avocado wasnt ripe but didnt even say sorry, offer anything else that might be good, basically didn't care. The a sweet young gal helped me out and i ended up getting the taro coconut smoothie with some of the big bobas. It wasn't bad just the bobba was so stale, hard, and chewy. Ugh. Unfortunately, there aren't a lot of options for this kinda of place in Folsom, only Sacramento, and none for me in Placerville. Just wish people cared more. Not gonna come back but the gal was very sweet and helpful.

Staff is always nice. Food is good especially the calamari. Yeah it smells like seafood, but what do you expect they serve fish balls, calamari, and popcorn shrimp.

This used to be my favorite place 🙁 until igot food poisoning yesterday i bought the calamari and matcha milktea when i got home i felt sick and i keep throwing up. It might be the calamari. I love the milktea here but i feel like I can’t trust them as much as before after what happened yesterday.

Went here last weekend. I get that when a place is busy, you have to wait a bit. No problem. But when a place is nearly empty, the least you can do is acknowledge when a person comes in and tell them it will be a moment. Waited at the counter for over 7 minutes, was not acknowledged, and ended up walking out. Whatever. Service was abominable, and the place smelled like dead fish. If you want Quickly, I'd suggest going to the one in Natomas. Great customer service, very clean, no dead fish smell, and better selection.

I used to love this place until the manager (I believe) was a complete jerk to me. Before, I noticed he was a very unhappy person, never smiling at the customers, always frowning, his body language indicated he didn't want to be talked to, etc.
I was looking for a summer and I turn in my application to the boy behind the counter. He hands it to this big, bald guy, who I believe is the manager. The guy looks at my application, and starts laughing. My feelings were hurt, and then he asked, while laughing, "what is this?" The guy behind the counter chuckled a little, and replied: "I don't know," he saw I was still there and tried to apologize with his body language. Then the manager saw me, saw my feelings were hurt, and didn't care.
To add insult to injury, I'm 16, and it said that on the application. Quicklys never said they had a policy of not hiring anyone under 18, and they don't, but even if they did, he didn't have to laugh at me.
