The gentleman working at the first window is one of the best customer service based employees I’ve ever encountered. He always has the biggest smile on his face and seems like he genuinely wants to brighten the customer’s day. Always goes above and beyond etc. Someone give that guy a raise or let him run the place. Every business could use employees like him. 10/10 customer service every time he’s working.

They didn't clarify which of our Diet Cokes was caffeine free. The nuggets were inedible. Very fatty and too gross to chew/eat. The fries were also room temperature despite their "Hot & crispy. Guaranteed." bags.

Always a long wait in drive thru. I'm assuming it's because of being short staffed. Foods not always fresh. One positive thing is the older gentleman that is always working when I go is very friendly.

Don't waste your money. Cold food and the employees talk horribly behind the counter. We've had other bad experiences here but this will be the last one. We will never return.

Service was horrible, placed our order and they never gave me a medium fry I ordered cause the guy apparently didn't hear me. My wife heard me just not the old man. Never will come here after 8pm again

This place is trash....I frequent this location often because its close to my home and on my way to work...they are ALWAYS out of EVERYTHING! Rather it be buscuits, eggs, ice for drinks, large cups, its ALWAYS something. Mind you this is before 9:00am. Staff are not friendly...just go to Mcdonalds across the street.

I had 2 Jr bacon cheeseburgers, both were tiny, old, and dry. Cheese had a dried crust around the edges. Tried to get on Wendy's customer complaint site and it give a 404 error. Will never be returning as this is a repeated experience at all the Wendy's I have eaten at over the last few years.
