Jet's Pizza

We ordered online and it said that it would be deliveried in two hours which was but it was cold and pretty much the worst pizza I have had. I order online a couple other times and the pizza was good and warm but this time it was worst than a cold hot and ready. I told my wife that if we want pizza from jets like that again i will just pick it up at a gas station

Absolutely terrible service. Told me 1 1/2 hr to delver to my hour which is 15 min away. I said no problem. Took 2 hour and 15 min to arrive at my house. No apologies from driver or when I called the store 2 hours after placing my order. So when I go to let it go open up the box and the pizza cold. YOU GUYS LOST A CUSTOMER. And this isn't the 1st time waiting this long.

Tornado warning delayed order. Totally understand that; & I was ok with it as long as I got our dinner. 2 differant guys called me within a minute to tell me orders were delayed. Both said I could cancel; or have my order delivered after the all clear. I told both of them that they could deliver after the all clear & not cancel. Order never came so I called them about 10 pm to make sure they hadn't missed my order. Was told they had called me back after the warning was extended & cancelled my order. Which they never did. Pretty much called me a liar. I would have made dinner if I had known. Didn't offer to make my order since I still wanted it. Told me I misunderstood them; when I was not told my order was cancelled!! Pretty poor customer service....what I have heard of from this business.

Jets in Flushing on main Street fraudulently charged my card. The manager Shaun at that location became very upset when I contacted them to inquire about the charge. He told me there was nothing that he could do and told me to contact corporate to find out what happened. He has no desire to check into the matter. He told me I was wasting his precious time when he could be helping other customers. Buyer beware when you use your credit card or debit card at this location. They will steal your money and hang up in your face when you call to inquire about the transactions. I would will never purchase from these theives again. And the manager Shuan at this location needs to be retrained in customer satisfaction and how to talk to people. Jets in Flushing if Shaun is the person that you have representing you on a management level. Your business is headed for the downfall and hard......BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!!!!

I'm never one to complain about places but if I could give this specific store a negative score I would. I have never had even standard customer service here. The workers are extremely rude. I feel like it's just a hassle every time I try to order here, for example they have messed up my pick up order twice and argued with me that I was wrong. Three times I've called more than an hour before closing. Once they told me it would be a two hour delivery and twice they have told me they were no longer taking orders. What a joke they obviously don't want repeat customers.
