😀🤗🤗🤗🤗😋 Awesome customer service, especially their older lady-she's very on-point and the young dude there is even faster on his feet than SpeedyO Gonzales!! Another compliment is they must make excellent coffee because I've have pickups order pickups just for coffee coffee. I mean, I love coffee too, but I don't know if I would just send out for one cup of coffee. So that one cup of coffee has to be good.

I came here at the end of my evening work shift, when it was 9 degrees outside and the wind chill was ridiculous. I remember my hands hurting so much from numbness from walking outside, and searching for the nearest open, warm place. That place was this Dunkin’ Donuts. I was the only customer whenever I came in, but my hands were hurting so much that I decided to just sit down at one of the tables and try to warm off. I think I was there for 15 minutes (in silent agony; it felt like I had gotten frostbite). No one rushed at me to get out or question why I didn’t buy anything which I was grateful for, enough to go up to the counter to get a small hot chocolate to pay my thanks. The gentleman there greeted me warmly, acknowledged how ridiculously cold it was outside, and proceeded to make my hot chocolate. His hospitality alone deserves a 5-star rating. I went back to my table and sipped my hot chocolate in the quiet, warming my hands some more before bundling up to brave the cold once more. Gentleman-from-that-night, thank you for your kindness and your stellar hot-chocolate-making-skills.
