Very long lines before Thanksgiving but the wait was worth it. I love the pan de bono and have also tried their buñuelos, passion fruit mousse, arroz con leche and natilla. There’s much more I have not tried but I have loved every item I have tried so far.

Empanadas are the real deal! People line up here most of the time but the staff is very efficient and accommodating that you pretty much get just the things you’d like and be out of there in a few mins. My apologies for the poor photo, forgot to take a pic until the last bite lol.

Absolutely amazing empanadas (chicken, cheese, and beef all 5/5 with the chicken being my favorite)! The pastries tho are terrible (I got a vanilla pineapple cake it was old and dry) so stay away from that. The empanadas tho are one of the best in the city hands down so I highly recommend.

Nice retreat If you need a break from roaming the vibrant neighbourhood of Jackson Heights. Reasonably strong Coffee and an impressive choice of cakes, tarts and pastries. You order at the counter (preferably in spanish) and pick up your tray at the cashier. The men's rooms is somehow hidden - Just ask the friendly staff for guidance.
