Domino's Pizza

Absolutely the worst. When we first moved in it was phenomenal! Even submitted a review to acknowledge how great the drivers were since we were a new neighborhood with issues getting orders from anywhere. Its been 6 months since we have ordered from there now. Around the beginning of the year we had 3 orders that got messed up back to back to back. Ordering only pizza for our kids in situations where it could have made or broken the night. Anyone with kids can understand this. It didn't work out each time, and we were Understanding. But all we asked for was the money back for the pizza my kids did not order... We were lied to several times about receiving credit and even sent around in a circle with corporate. Loved dominoes until we visited this one. Now we will never order from any dominoes again.

Called twice and could not get through after being on hold for 7 minutes each time. Pizza had not shown up for 2 hours? Called Clarksville location and got through immediately. Explained to manager and they offered to refund me if I did not get through. Unbelievable, another store stepped up. Is did show up 2 hrs and 20 minutes. The driver, Anthony was extremely professional and polite and apologized for delay. Outstanding employee who shouldn’t have to go through that.

We have always been happy with dominos but the last time we ordered was absolutely unacceptable. The wait time was incorrect which was okay, I was very patient because I understand everywhere is very short staffed. The person who was making the pizzas took my payment(which was cash) then she continued to go back and make more pizzas without gloves after taking my CASH payment without washing her hands. I was missing a pizza, she said they forgot to make it and would be more than happy to remake it or refund me the money. After waiting for so long already and after watching her make the pizzas I was absolutely disgusted, I wasn’t even refunded the full amount for the pizza I was missing. We will not be returning!

I’d give zero stars if I could! This location has gone to hell in a hand basket! New owners came in and apparently ran off nearly all the employees. They have one driver, claim online orders are not coming in right, and left us hanging for two hours yesterday before canceling the order. We tried calling in but no one would answer the phone. These new owners are garbage and I’ll not order again until they get someone to fix things. Guess I am out of luck for pizza delivery from now on!

Handicap spaces full of Domino's Delivery cars. Thus those such as myself could not utilize these spaces designated for handicap customers. This was reported and I waited of my pizza for over 45 minutes. I reported these cars illegally parked by their employees. They were not moved, and the management did nothing. Shame on you! Next time I will just call the sheriff to come out and dish out a few $250 fines.

Domino’s went out of their way to help us. I had ordered pizza for my kids and a baby sitter from another pizza place. I received a call that said they wouldn’t deliver to my house that is only 8 minutes from their store. I called Domino’s and at first they said my house was outside their delivery area but once they found out how close it was they made an exception and delivered to us anyway. I’m not sure why the delivery area has gotten so small but I really appreciate them for working with me. The pizza was great too!
