1. Tried to short change my $20. And no receipt offered.
2. Was told to "pull forward ". Waited 8 min for a Chicken little combo.
3. I got tired of waiting and walked to the door.The young fella who finally brought my food was RUDE. - He fliked the bag at me and said "Chik lit!" and walked off before confirming.
4. The sandwiches were DROWNING in mayo. As much mayo as chicken.
The food was hot. - ONLY good thing about my whole experience.

Well I ordered a sandwich that included a bun. When opening my sandwich up there was a dead bug on my bread. I was very disgusted. I took it back through the drive- thru to return for a refund. The lady operating the window never said a word to me. She only hand me my money and I left. It would have been nice to say I do Apologize for such a inconvenience. She said absolutely nothing. People please pray over your food and look at it before you eat it.

In the past I have not been a real KFC fan. But I do love a good chicken sandwich. I have tried all of the fast-food chicken sandwiches, hand down KFC has the best chicken sandwich.

Just had really bad customer service at another establishment. It was very refreshing to receive excellent customer service and the wonderful lady in the drive thru brought us our food. She was so very nice.

Went there after getting off work late. Arrived at approximately 7:00P.M. I asked for (4) original wings. The response I got was, “we don’t have no wings!” I said I’d wait to have some cooked. The person working the drive-thru said, “we are about to close, we’re not making no more chicken, he’s about to clean that thing! I asked what time did they close and they said “9:00 P.M. I was on the phone using Bluetooth, and the person I was speaking with heard everything , so they said “Call Corporate”, the KFC staff heard this and yelled, “Call corporate, we don’t care!!” I had a bad experience there before, but thought I’d try again. NEVER GO TO THE KFC IN FLOWOOD BY LOWE’S, THEY HAVE THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!!!

They are slow and not well-stocked. I sat in the drive-thru for 25 minutes. There were only 3 cars in front of me. When I got to the speaker they didn't have any chicken or tenders and were rude and snappy about it.

I've grown tired of this KFC the pass few months. It seems they always run out of items. Today dark meat only on menu. Ok...chicken samich w fries..."I'm sorry we're out of fries...it'll be another 10 minutes to cook some". And at 1 pm no less. May seem petty but this is about the 4th time in a row the past 3 months there is always something. Either an overcooked 3 PC tender box to cold fries another trip or no tender for the classic sandwich. Maybe it's supply due to covid. So I won't say 1 or 2 stars but definitely not 5 at this time. Hopefully they'll improve. I really Like KFC and do want to go back but suppose for now I'll try some new places in the area. 🍗 🥺

Every time we come to this KFC THE CUSTOMER service is horrible. We attempted to order a 12 piece grilled chicken and the lady told us that they don’t sell grilled chicken. No one was In the drive through line at the time. She also told us that we had to go to the KFC in Brandon but we had to order one hour ahead of time for grilled chicken. I really would like to speak with the owner or regional supervisor. This is bad business for KFC.
