Taco Bell

Easily the worst taco bell in the state. The staff are the most imcompotent people ive ever seen in my life. They arent even capable of making a cheesy roll up properly and they had 5 tries and every single one they made was a joke. Its literally just cheese in a tortilla wrap and you cant even do that right. Then they cant even get your order right. And they have a terrible habit of canceling your online order without notice then claim that they dont have any food when you show up

Not only this not the chalupa I ordered 3 of - but it looks like someone was practicing catfish grabbing with whatever poor excuse of a taco this is. 18$ for 3 chalupas and a drink, and I got a watered down sweet tea with 3 whatever hulk mangled things these are instead. Called the manager and was told there was nothing that could be done because I already left the establishment.

This Taco Bell will never get themselves together! Ain't no help for this location all the employee and management that have came thru them doors been unprofessional rejects. Today is Sunday aug. 1 2021 @4p and I'm sitting in the parking lot writing this review then after waiting forever the order still wrong 🤦‍♀️

Been a few times and let it go, but after this 6th time of this manager taking orders and working the drive-thru window, being RUDE, its time for a review. He SIGHS so loud over something so simple. Rolls his eyes and just all around horrible customer service. If he doesnt like his job or doesnt want to be there, then he should go home and never go back. Just find a different one. This is not the first time hes been like this so it wasnt just a bad day. Its happened multiple times and that does not look good for that business location AT ALL !

Pulled up to the drive thru at a time when the restaurant wasn’t even busy and placed a order and it was a decent sized order for four people. And the person on the speaker had an attitude saying” is that all” and then sighed when I said no I have one more, and then I pulled to the window and who appeared to be the manager was sitting there complaining to another employee about me and my order while the window was open. The food was fine but Ill just waste some gas to go to another location!
