Subway

There are so many complaints about this subway and mainly their poor attitudes or especially one girl. If u dislike it so much, it's best to leave. I went in this evening and nobody was up front, so I waited about 5 mins too long and walked by the girl in the back that I assumed had ear plugs in. I have to admit she was washing dishes, but I had time to go to the bathroom. That is their busiest time. I assumed they didn't want business so I left. I would almost rather drive to Pearl.

This is by far one of the worst Subways I've been to. The sandwiches were not toasted well. The cheese wasn't even melted. I had to toast them at home. The meatballs were STILL FROZEN so my daughter didn't eat hers. Also, when ordering food, customers don't want to hear gossip of how other customers "went off on" employees. I've held off on reviews for this establishment and tried to give a couple more chances. It just isn't getting better. Customer service is subpar at best.

The employee was very rude. I'm not sure why she had a attitude this morning but basically her was she ok? She said yes then stayed I had a attitude with her when she asked me what kind of bread. She was very rude. We had a few words back and forth but in a place of business you never treat customers like the enemy. I will be reporting her. Thanks for business I will never stop there again.

This was my first time eating subway since December of 2000. I vowed to never eat another subway again. I was very pleased with the service. As a previous manager of a subway I can say that the food was picture perfect, the toppings were fresh and the lady behind the counter was super nice. I was very pleasantly surprised. Thanks so much!

THERE WAS A BUG IN MY FOOD!!! I order my food, the service is rude. So I ignored it went on with me day. I got my sub to go because I live in a small town 20 minutes out. I was eating while driving because I was extremely hungry but had to be home ASAP. Well I am the kind of weirdo who likes chips on his sandwich. So I crack open my sub, getting ready to a crisp sun chip in there, when I see something odd. I thought to myself “I didn’t order lettuce, but if I did, this piece is bad” so I go to pull the bad lettuce out, but I start to realize it’s one weird piece of lettuce. I pull on it just a little and realize ITS A WING! And there was a BODY attached to the wing. Fortunately for subway and the rude employee, I left and story and was driving. So instead of taking pictures or going back, I throw the whole sub out because I’m so disgusted. I 10 out of 10 do not recommend. Worst experience I’ve had with any subway. You WILL NOT catch me in another subway for a couple of years.
