Subway

Went in with an individual I work with. The employees that were there were so patient & kind while we were placing our order. They were phenomenal! We took a lot of time but not once did they show any frustration or anything but pleasant helpfulness. They spoke to the individual as if they were the same as we were & made us feel so welcomed. I have never had such a positive experience in these situations as this one. I wish I knew the names of the employees but I don’t. I can tell you this visit was around 11am 7/31/21. They deserve recognition.

Time I ordered: 5:28 on 10/27/21. Its to bad her name ain't on the receipt because the other lady was nice. VERY VERY POOR SERVICE. All over a very rude white woman. She smarted of to my dad because he asked for a different bread(which is super disrespectful) . I asked about the drink machine and she said I don't understand why you would even ask that, not a rude answer, but it was the way it was said. I usually don't post this kinda stuff but she's gonna cost this subway alot of business. She's already lost mine and my family's business and we eat there all the time. Absolutely horrible experience. The girl with the frosted hair was rude and unaccommodating. Ordered a sub and there is literally more cheese than meet on a $9 sub. Will never return. After I paid, a guy who heard the conversation said he always has issues here too. If I could rate it negative stars I would. Will be calling corporate and addressing this with them. Experience was that bad.

Ordered online takeout and they put everything on the wrap that I didn’t want and nothing that I did want. They pretty much reversed my order. I was just going to order my food and eat before I go to band practice where I wouldn’t pass out because of an empty stomach. If you look on my receipt I basically ordered all the vegetables except tomatoes and olives. Upon opening my wrap I noticed the only vegetables it contained were lettuce, spinach, and tomato. How hard is it to look at a list with many vegetables that I want on my wrap but put the only one I do not want. Also, the only condiment present on my sandwich was mustard! I ordered mayonnaise and chipotle sauce on my Baja Steak and Jack wrap and only got mustard. They even put American cheese in my wrap which is not what was ordered! Also, Jack is even in the name of the wrap it’s supposed to get pepper Jack automatically! Also, when I entered the restaurant I used the bathroom and an employee knocked on the door and then just opened it while I was still in there. When the employee noticed it was occupied they just shut the door and didn’t even bother locking the door back! I would’ve locked the door back but as you can imagine I was still using the toilet.I complain like this because I used to work at a subway and did online orders etc. and you literally get a list printed out of what you’re supposed to make and then stick it on the bag. My receipt is exactly what I ordered but the wrap is not.
