Cracker Barrel

Ordered a hamburger steak. WELL DONE ITS HAMBURGER. got the picture listed here. Seems that cooking meat thoroughly is something that this cook missed . My kids sliders were the same as well. Fortunately neither of us got sick. But why am I ordering out only to cook it once I get home? Could have went to Publix and accomplished the same. For less money.

Joined the wait list on line, and it said wait time was 15 minutes. After an hour wait, I called to check on our place in line. I was told it would be another 15 to 20 minute wait. Whwn we finally received the message, We immediately went into restaurant only to be told they give our table to someone else, by the very rude hostess who only care was flirting with a waiter. After waiting 15 minutes for the table again, we were finally seated. The restaurant was not full by any means. We have already waited over 30 minutes on our food. We hadn't been to cracker barrell in a while and probably won't be back.

Well, it was very good. Our server was polite, friendly and helpful. She took our drink orders and left us until we were ready for our food order. Not pushy but ready with answers to all my questions. I had blueberry pancakes with blueberry syrup and it was just perfect. Hubs had a breakfast platter of some combination and it looked very tasty too!! We ate it all!!!!!❤️😂 Ready for our next visit. Cracker Barrel's are our go to when we travel. It's nice to know you can get what you want. Breakfast, lunch and dinner. Coffee is great too. I always get a cup to go!!

We arrived on Easter Sunday at 1130, put our name in and waited to be sat at 1220. Our server, Blake, was very kind. Explained that it might take a while to receive our order because they were very busy. About an hour later he realized that our order had been lost or deleted from the computer. An honest mistake. The manager, whose name I do not know, was very kind. She took care of our meal seeing as how we had to wait another 20-30 mins after placing the order again. The food came out great and we were very satisfied. I write this review to remind you, the public, that it costs nothing to be kind. Not a single person on earth is perfect. Thank you, Cracker Barrel for taking care of us and pushing through a very hectic holiday in the restaurant industry.
