I really don’t like leaving bad reviews. This place is super close to work and used to be mine and coworkers favorite place to pick up breakfast. The past few times we’ve gone there (and always hoping the next time will be better) we end up with food missing, overcooked, coffee wrong, and just bad quality. The service has gone down hill. I swung by there for a snack and my sandwich was served half frozen.
Used to be good and now it’s not even worth it.

It was cold, pouring rain and late afternoon when we stopped for food on our travels. With the road conditions, we didn't want anything heavy. Only one thing would do, Dunkin Donuts. Everything was yummy, the glazed donuts were fresh and not overly sweet.
The coffee and hot chocolate was piping hot.
The hot chocolate was delicious with the shot of coconut in it!
My only disappointment was they forgot the whipped cream on my hot cocoa but it wasn't anything that would stop me from going back there should we ever drive through the area again.

They haven’t gotten my simple drink order right on multiple visits. On my most recent visit, where they were remaking a drink that they had messed up before, they made this one even worse (again, it was a simple drink). Please do yourself a favor and drive over to the Dunkin’ on W. Lucas St.

Cant go in to use the bathroom bc of COVID, but the drive thru employee cant be bothered to wear her mask. Had to throw my coffee out bc she wasn’t following safety procedures. Go somewhere else.

Nice n clean inside. Decorations for Halloween were very cute. Employees were nice and friendly.

Never disappointed with Duncan at either location in Florence. Excellent coffee excellent service. Always a treat.
