It's really big. It's really good. Appetizers were excellent. The beer was fantastic. I had the Wit Willie and my wife had the Zapper sour. I should have stayed and had lunch cause stop 2 was disappointing. Large open floor warehouse makes it easy to see the tanks. They also have axe throwing which we did not try. Definitely a stop back when we are traveling in the area again. About 26 minutes from the state park but we'll worth the drive.

We stopped here after a Google search. Not much to look at from the outside. The bartender was very friendly and helpful- allowing us to sample. The beer was very good; food was very good- burger and pulled pork. Fries were excellent. Lots to do - pool, axe throwing! Clean, friendly place - would definitely return

What a great local spot! The staff was super friendly and inviting. The beers were DELICIOUS, and they also have 2 local businesses that are in the same building, food: Downtown Southern Funk (yummy!!), and entertainment: Blade & Bull Axe Throwing. The beer and food were amazing! (Sorry, I didn't try the are throwing, but it looked awesome!) They have indoor and outdoor seating (a huge beer garden). Great for singles, parties, or families. We really enjoyed this local brewery!

The staff was kind, helpful, and really just wonderful. There was a wide variety of beer on tap, and every one I tried was expertly made. Very cool venue with pool tables, axe throwing, and various video games. Lots to do, and plenty to drink. I hope I can experience what looks to be a beautiful beer garden next time I'm passing through (with temperatures in the 40s, I didn't bother to sit outside this time!). Highly recommend a visit here.

Good beer, good food, and good times! If you are looking for a family friendly place to have a few good beers with plenty to do, this is the spot. Plenty of tables and room for large groups, nice selection of beer on tap, and if you want, you can try your hand at some axe throwing! We enjoy the atmosphere and of course the beer! would recommend anyone to stop ...

Ricky warmly greeted us and provided a wealth of information about the brewery. He explained the beer menu and let us have taste samples before making our final selection. He gave us menus to Downtown Southern Funk, the on site food provider. Our meals were prepared exactly to our specifications. The sweet potato waffle fries were delicious and lightly sprinkled with cinnamon sugar. A sweet surprise! We learned about the very unique sport of axe throwing and saw the current scores posted on the leader board. There are 2 billiard tables and a jukebox in one area. In another area there are cozy chairs for private conversations. Lots of dining tables, high top tables, and bar seating. The outdoor Beer Garden has picnic tables and high top tables for enjoying meals and beverages al fresco. Highly recommend stopping by for a great social outing inside a working brewery. Heroes receive a 10% appreciation discount (military veteran, nurse, EMT, fire fighter, school teacher).
