Nasty!!! Dirty restaurant.
My long Island iced tea had something floating in it.
Service was horrible. He was cursing right next to me about a table making a mess.
Sanitizer bucket next to water pitcher on table next to me.
HORRIBLE!!! Food not fresh! ! Waited at front door for 5 min !as a bartender saw us, and 2 servers. Not even a welcome

Worst dinner ever. Ordered through Uber Eats which was excellent - order arrived early. Cold food no bacon and little cheese on top - missing side salad (said they were out but didn’t offer substitution) and the whole thing was a mess - see photo. Had just traveled a long distance and just wanted a nice dinner. Have had this dish many times - NOTHING like this. Would you be happy with this $30 meal!? If I could give them 0 stars I would. Although store was still opened no one would answer phone.

This restaurant is very tired, building and sign need a refresh. Parking lot is poorly marked and littered with cigarette butts. All this is a clue and if I hadn't been meeting others I would have left. All those clues are what you can expect inside. They should have taken advantage of last years slow down to refresh. Our crew of 8 was too much ribs were cold, slaw was warm? And the rice just wierd. Steer clear...

Absolutely great. Visiting from Alaska, we were not familiar with Ruby Tuesday. We ordered the
2 meals for $24 meal and the Endless Salad Bar. We got way more than what we expected. Huge salad bar, appetizer, two full. Meals. The food was well prepared and tasted good. The waiter was very helpful. We both took half of our meals back to the hotel in boxs. We will definitely go to Ruby Tuesday again while in the lower 48.

Where do I start! This experience was NOT it! We waited for 30-35 mins before they even spoke to us, then to be seated with unnecessary attitude. We sat down ordered took us 20 mins to get drinks, then the salad tasted like it had soap in it, my fries where ice cold, the internal temperature of my chicken sandwich was unacceptable and returned. The order was not delivered or served accurately. The nachos did not meet temperature standard not once but twice. Please look at the loaded tater tots. The service was below standard no concept of team spirit or help. They watched and giggled as this young lady struggled with 3 tables and keeping up with her tasks. I am baffled and appalled. No coconut rum, no mushrooms, there were a lot of nos and not a great deal of yeses. I have patronized this location in the past and today was a HUGE disappointment for a $100 tab

When my friend and I arrived it was pretty busy, however the staff was friendly and they were working really hard. Our waitress, S (can't remember her name) along with the GM, Eric were so kind and worked to ensure we received our food timely. The food was hot and tasted great. Everyone was working hard and had a smile on their face. Thank you for a great experience. I will definitely return!

The service was terrible had to wait 10 minutes to be seated. Tables were dirty. The staff was loud you could hear there conversations from the back. There was a issue with one of the meals the manager was not cooperative. We ordered a drink off the daily 5 dollar drink menu that says all day was charged 7 for it. Very unprofessional the fish tasted like frozen fish. Salad bar wasn't clean. Very disappointed.
