Pizza Hut

It was only ok because though the pizza was good, one of the cooks, for the 2nd time, decided to eat a slice without an invitation! No joke! I took a picture because this happened one other time & when I called the manager said she did not believe that happened. She offered to replace it or give a discount with the next visit (opted for the discount next visit - which I did not get this time btw) but insisted it did not happen. Well, it looked just like this then. I have not touched the inside of this box. This is a disgrace! And who in their right mind would think you can't see pizza missing just because they make sure the number of slices are there. Unbelievable! Perhaps pizza hut needs to pay them more so they can purchase the products themselves instead of tasting ours. Idk. I was offered a discount again. Perhaps one day I'll give them an opportunity to actually do what they said - I won't forget this time. Disgraceful! 5 months ago. UPDATE: went back today 1/11/18 for 1 discount, the night manager wanted to Not give me the discount on top of a sale pizza!...Now there's a Stipulation on an Apology pizza!?...really?!? She was unprofessional & rude. Had to call her manager whom she wouldn't let me speak with, stating, I could return tomorrow (what?..after I starve all night?...how generous.) I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS FLINT- MILLER ROAD LOCATION!!!! That manager told me they are not owned by corporate any more. This is Not An Improvement! Plus, they have me a hand tossed when I ordered pan pizza. I'm done!!

New to the area and first time eating at this location. Service is mediocre, ambiance could be better especially since it was quiet inside and could hear the cooks and staff talking in the kitchen area so music in the dining area would drown out the banter of employee talk. Pizza Hut has always been one of my favorites, but out of all my travels this location disappointed me and more attention should be given to the guests and quality of food plus be at least warm if not hot.

My family went here for dinner tonight. There was only 1 other family there so it was NOT busy. We wanted to start with cheese sticks. We were told they were out of all appetizers because they had a huge party come in the day before. Their phone rang pretty much the entire time we were there and no one would answer it! Again...they were NOT busy. The manager yelled commands from the kitchen to the other workers. It all made for a very unpleasant dining experience. Being a former Pizza Hut employee, I felt the whole operation was very unprofessional. We will not be going back.

They NEVER answer their phone. We called, no answer. The entire visit. The phone rang, and no one answered. The wait staff is rude and kept us waiting for pizza for 40 minutes. Our appetizer was ready 10 minutes before the pizza came out but they decided to keep it under the heat lamp instead. The waitress tried to pocket my change after giving it to me incorrectly. The establishment was incredibly dirty. And for a place that only had three tables of customers, I found that being ignored to be very uncalled for. I would give this ****hole a -10 star rating if I could. Never going to a Pizza Hut again. Especially one in Flint. The staff did nothing but bull**** and gave zero ***** about customers or proper customer service. I have never had service THAT bad before in my life. A simple pizza joint shouldn't take over an hour to do a simple pizza straight from the menu with two drinks and an appetizer. Pathetic.

Their food is not great. We went in for 2 personal pizzas, we sat for 15 minutes without being greeted, finally greated then order, after 30 minutes they bring out the wrong order, they take it back and while waiting for it to be remade we ask for the bill and pay. After another 25 minutes of waiting the manager apologizes and says the pizza still hasn't been made but she'll put us down for a credit so we paid for a pizza we never got. We eventually go back to order something and are told that we had to use our credit within 30 days. The manager never bothered to tell us. So disappointed, Pizza hut used to be a place I really enjoyed but subpar pizza and even worse customer service will ensure I won't be back.

Extremely long wait for our pizza (over 1 hour) for a place with only one other family here. We got our breadsticks after we got our pizza. One pizza was the wrong order as well as one set of boneless wings. The server was nice, but the timing and overall quality of service was highly disappointing. We like Pizza Hut pizza, but dining in is just not worth it. Order online if you want a deal and faster service.
