Mcdonald's

Extremely clean 🧹with an updated Lobby. It is weird going into the lobby as no one really seems to attend the register when a customer walks in. I used the mobile app, but had to add slivered Onions to my Order, so I decided to go in. Luckily a worker seen me and greeted me and let me know someone would be right with me.

Wowsers... Filthy from the night before. Fries everywhere on floor. Filthy tables and seating. Lettuce stuck to tables. Its 930 in the morning so I feel they had time to clean it. Night shift should have tho. Bathroom was filthy as well. Floors havent been mopped in God knows how long. Employees standing around. Someone should be cleaning. Wont be back. Ever.

We did not have to use kiosk to order. The manager greeted us right away. Our order was correct and only took a few minutes to receive. Their lobby was clean. This was a pleasant experience. Durand's McDonalds should learn from this staff. Thank you for being so nice and reliable. Outstanding job!

I smiled at the girl working drive through window and asked her how she was doing today.... Well apparently she didn't like my smile or something because our food was disgusting. The quarter pounder had mayo and the big Mac also had straight up mayo. I didn't even ask for anything special I just ordered it the way they were. Forget that McDonald's. I don't even know how you would mess McDonald's up anyway... Go to another place cuz these ppl are hostile to smiles ..... 🤢🤢🤢🤮🤮🤮. It was around 4-6pm on Saturday may 8.

Went through the drive through and was very disappointed. Ordered coke, double cheese quarter pounder a d 2 mcdoubkes for passenger and my self. Was given coke and told to pull over and wait for sandwiches. Waited for several minutes, finally had to go in and get sandwiches, which were not warm plus coke was watered down.ast time I visit that location!

I work very very close. Come often for lunch which is during breakfast hours. 99% of the time everything is correct and people willing to work morning hours generally are early risers and are morning people to begin with. I did however go yesterday(easter) and I think from now on if its a holiday I will completely avoid eating anywhere but home. Half of my order was missing and my orange juice looked normal but it was watered down. I didnt have time to go back because i had to be back to work but Im sure it was a "i shouldnt have to be here on easter" attitude in that kitcen lol
