Mcdonald's

Terrible customers service from the woman handing the food out through drive thru tonight. Didn’t say a single thing as I was handed my food and didn’t respond to me telling her to have a good night. Smug/rude look on her face and clearly unwilling to show any kind of decent customer service. Disappointing. Fast forward 3 weeks I ordered a mcchicken add cheese and got the picture I posted.. (no chicken just all the toppings and cheese between two buns)

I ordered a happy meal. Drive thru worker asked me to pull into spot 4. I waited 13 min while I watched 2 McDonald's employees walk in and out to 3 other vehicles with bags of food which were none of the customers food that was waiting. I went inside. I asked about the happy meal for spot 4 and was told to "hold on a minute" I responded I've been waiting 13 minutes, then I was asked if I wanted a refund, then? STILL as I wait 5 other cars were waiting and some had also came inside to ask about their food and the staff could not have been more rude or managers unprofessional. Five minutes later I was slid a box and told have a good day...Will not return.

Food is good, always hot but they never have their sundaes like they're supposed to! About 2 weeks ago I went & wanted sundaes. They had hot fudge, which was fine for me but not for my husband because he wanted caramel, which of course they didn't have so he had to have a hot fudge sundae & he really doesn't like chocolate too much. Now a few days ago we go & order sundaes, hot fudge for me & caramel for my husband like always. Well this time the worker taking our order says the only kind of sundaes they had was vanilla. Uhm no stupid, that's not a sundae that's just vanilla ice cream! I swear some people are extremely dumb

Horrible service!!!!! Ordered a 10 piece meal, extra fry and another 10 piece. They hand me my food but my extra fry is missing. I ask for my fry and am . told it wasnt rung up. Ok, no biggie, here is my debit card. Im told no, I have to go back through the 10 min line while the food I do have gets cold and order again. I asked to speak to a manager but this nimwit named Britany said she was and it wasnt her problem. WOW..... OK dont go hear. The one on Steward is better

This MacDonalds was absolutely extraordinary. The food was great. I personally got the McNuggets and fries. The fries I ordered were perfect, golden and delicious. The McNuggets in my opinion were even better. Crispy on the outside but still perfect cooked on the inside. The store was clean as well. There was also a play structure for the kid. I was quite small but did what it was supposed to do. Overall this McDonald's was excellent!! 10/10 :)
