Cracker Barrel

We came here on our way home from a trip. The food was hot but the portions were smaller. They had plenty of staff but had a couple menu items missing due to lack of them in stock. The waiter was new and helpful. We were treated very well here. The food lacked something from the normal but we were full when we left. I hope it gets better our next visit. There's nothing better than those Dumplings and Carrots when they are right. Our biscuits were better than average so that was a plus. Thinking about it now the options in the store were cheaper than remembered. We will return here with hopes of it being how we remembered. The staff made up for the food this time.

This is my second time eating lunch here and the food is amazing 🤩 I’ve only had their breakfast but the lunch and dinner is better then any restaurants I’ve been going to lately. I ordered the chicken dinner $10.99 for 4 pieces plus 2 sides. The greens and macaroni and cheese was super yummy. My daughter ordered the burger and fries we both had leftovers. This time my server was very friendly and made sure we never needed anything.

Dirty floors dirty tables smelly empty bathrooms. You can smell the urine in the dinning room all the way to the back corner.... If I didn't have to drive all day today I'd go somewhere else I hope I don't get food poisoning 🤦🏼‍♀️ Some staff was nice and some seemed to really hate it there.. Update: we ended up leaving without eating, my food was Luke warm not even my child could eat her nasty grilled cheese. Only thing we could eat was the casserole tots at least they were hot...

By far the worst experience at a cracker barrel! We got right in and seated, took the waitress 10 minutes to get to us (if they were even busy it would be understandable, they weren't busy) she finally took our order and after waiting 45 minutes she finally came back to our table and we had to order more drinks since we were waiting so long to eat! Next time we will drive 20 minutes the other way from our home to go to the Brighton location!!! I wish I had something nice to say about the waitress we had but yeah, no she was rude and definitely needs to find a different job where she doesn't have to deal with people!

Had a nice breakfast for my wife's and I's anniversary. Was pretty busy but no wait, our service was fine the food was better then average. I'm happy with the whole experience just was a little disappointed with the service. In my own opinion they seemed to not have enough staff for the number of customers which made the waiters and waitresses have to rush you to order then through your meal always in a big hurry I felt it made dining here a bit less enjoyable experience as I have had in years past and would expect from this place. But again nothing was actually bad so I gave it 4 stars. Just didn't meat my expectations.

My wife and I came to Cracker Barrel for Valentines Day breakfast. She ordered pecan pancakes and I had the hashbrown and egg casserole. Our food arrived within 10 minutes or so and was hot. The meal was exactly as I expected from Cracker Barrel and that's great. I'd like to note our waitperson was Theresa and she was excellent. Friendly and prompt even as she was busy with other tables too. We'll be sure to come back!

It's been a long time since I've been to a cracker barrel and that's when I lived in another state so I didn't know what to expect. I was very pleased with how wonderful it was. Staff was friendly and welcoming, the food as delicious as I remembered. I have zero complaints, I even bought some very cute/ hilarious magnets. I'll be returning for sure 😌

Used to have good luck, but not this time. The steak was VERY bland. The following up after the meal was served left much to be desired and it took over 15 minutes to bring the check after we were obviously done eating. (They were busy, but there was a lot of staff on the floor) And if you ask, no I did not speak to a manager, as I did not see a manager while I was there. They used to come around, introduce themselves and ask how everything was, not lately though. I do hope that this is not the "new normal" for Cracker Barrel.
