Subway

This Subway needs to get it together! We ordered dinner for delivery, received the confirmation email and went on with our evening. Then 30 minutes later we received an email saying our order has been cancelled. So I call. The young and clueless girl on the phone tells me oh yeah, our system sometimes randomly voids orders but you’ll be refunded and can come pick up the food and pay at the store. Say what?? Why would I do that if I originally opted to have it delivered!! I was already in for the evening, it was 7:40 and apparently I was SOL unless I wanted to get dressed and drive to them. Don’t offer delivery if can’t follow through with it! Absolutely unacceptable! I will now drive further to avoid this subway at all costs!

Two girls were working when we stopped in around 5 PM. One was in the back when we came in, and the other one was behind the counter - this girl was not very friendly. She didn’t greet us when we walked in, she didn’t ask what we’d like - she just stared at us until we just started ordering. She didn’t properly close our sub wrappers, and when we finished paying she just walked towards the back without giving us our drink cup. The other girl from the back was putting together a to-go order, so we asked if she could give us our cup. She seemed much more friendly! Our food was fine, but the service wasn’t great.

Went in to get some food on the way to Flagstaff. We went in to order but when we tried to wash our hands we were told the restrooms were closed. If you are going to close the restrooms you need to provide some sort of sink so we can wash our hands. It's unbelievable that you would sell food and not let us wash our hands through COVID.

This would be a good review, if not for food poisoning. I had 5 extreme, shooting bowel movements the morning after eating there at about 7 PM the evening before. I ate a ham sandwich with all the veggies. There were even 2 violent bowel movements after taking Imodium! Nothing in my personal food supply could cause this. Subway, clean up your act!
