Favorite restaurant in Flag! Keith, the owner and chef, is so kind and friendly, not to mention a healthy plant based cook extraordinaire! I’ve had the Macro Plate (pictured) and superfood salad. Both were to die for! And the lattes are delicious too; I highly recommend the cinnamon-mint special! Left feeling nourished in body and soul.

Delicious food, all vegan menu. Lots of tasty and original options that should suit anyone's tastes. Student discounts are amazing, and much appreciated. I've been here at least a dozen times, and have had a good experience each time. This day, I ordered the walnut lentil loaf sandwich, and was blown away. Will be back soon.

I cannot say enough great things about this place! The food was so amazing( I had the lentil breakfast burrito and the biscuits and gravy) and I wish I could have tried out more of the menu! The owner was very friendly as well.

Chlorophyll water! What a special place! The strawberry coffee smoothie wasn't my taste but the buckwheat pancakes were delicious! Service was wonderful! If you're looking for a vegan cafe, this is the spot!
