Java Joint Beachside Grill

Friendly little beach breakfast place on A1A. Direct ocean views and breezes. Seating inside is pleasant (especially if the weather is uncooperative or the no-see-ums are biting). But, the big draw, besides the delicious food, is the outdoor, wraparound patio with rustic tables and bench seating. The wait was minimal today, but we have waited up to 20-30 minutes in season. While locals and tourists vie for a table, the servers and management make you feel right at home. There are also plenty of branded souvenirs from which to choose. If you are a professional football fan, you “may” notice a slight bias to the Pittsburgh Steelers. 😆 The mocha latte is definitely worth the trip! 😋

Let’s start by complimenting the staff… the girls work together and are very attentive to their tables. Everyone was very friendly! As far as the food … I had the best shrimp and grits ever! So creamy and delicious. Mimosas were perfect. the ratio of champagne to juice was on point ;) Outdoor seating gives you beautiful views of the beach. Definitely going back! And suggest you do as well!

My friend and I went for mimosas and brunch. We both had the crab benedict and we added spinach and tomato on top of ours. Everything was delicious. I’ve had better crab benedict but this was definitely good while sitting outside with a gorgeous ocean view. The service was very efficient. They had notices on the tables that they were short staffed and doing their best to accommodate everyone in a timely manner. We never had to wait long for anything we ordered. Everyone was very nice and accommodating.
