My workplace had our Christmas Dinner. As a group of 13, we had Mon Ami to ourselves. Ulla was fantastic to work with planning our dinner. Atmosphere was just perfect, we started with sparkling wine and canapes in the courtyard before moving inside for dinner. The food was sublime, the duck was just perfect.

We have been coming to this absolutely gorgeous restaurant since it first opened in 2003. Every meal here has been top class, along with the friendly service and cosy ambiance. It is a tiny slice of wonderfulness. It is Paris in Fitzroy; just so beautiful and the food is so delicious.

Fantastic dining experience. Food was sensational. Service was exceptional. The wine selection was fabulous. A very intimate dining experience. My partner and I could not fault it!

Awful. Expensive. We had escargot, they were canned! Served on oily chewy toast. The crepes tasted pre-cooked by a couple of days. Disappointing. Menu has since changed. Would never go back. The passive aggressive responses from the owner should be evidence enough of a need to avoid.

Delicious and delightful — this is the place for a perfectly authentic French experience in the heart of Melbourne. The atmosphere is beyond charming; the food wonderful and delicate. Likely to be the best duck I’ve ever eaten. Yum!

Was taking a leisurely walk and stumbled upon this nice French bistro tucked into the corner of a quiet neighbourhood. Didn't get to try their food, but the martini was spectacular. The lady was also really nice and attentive, and the food I saw the other patrons have looked mouthwateringly seductive. I will definitely be back to try out the food 🤤
