Honestly can't say enough about what the great people who work here did for us last night. Baby shower at our house, 70 people, and a no-show food truck. A phone call at 6:30pm on a Satuday night and the professional staff and kitchen had an entire taco bar ready for us to pick yp and feed everyone in 30 minutes! With no hesitancy but a can-do approach. In this world where it is so hard to find dedicated employees they seem to have found the formula! We can't say enough and there are 70 new raving fans for this restaurant! Thank you everyone associated and best wishes!!

Hands down, this is the best Mexican restaurant in Fishers! The food is always top notch and made perfectly! I love coming on Tuesdays and getting 2 Taco Special because they always load them up with beef and cheese and it's better than anything I can get anywhere else in town. Not to mention all the awesome sauces they have at the Hot Bar! However the one thing I have to make sure everyone knows is that this place has hands down the best customer service in town! I'm always very well taken care of here and if they make a mistake (which is very rare but it happens everywhere), they go out of their way to make sure you walk away from the building satisfied. Order chicken tacos, love their sauce selection should of bought one to bring home. They don't have one in Virginia, I go to the one in FL when I travel for work. Easy and fast ordering, even the waiter that was walking around always made sure to use your name when he checked in to see if you needed anything. 6/26/2023: Here again, I'm only up here for 2 days but will eat lunch here both days. Got the Cheesy Steak Flautas......geez oh soooo good

Checked in at Tijuana Flats on Monday, have always had a great experience here. Staff are great very helpful for picky people like this anti vegetarian. I got the nachos (pictured). They kept all the green stuff off for me. So just chips, cheese, meat, beans, and Queso. Side thought.. Queso is really good. I was able to buy 2 pints of it from them off the catering menu. Only giving 4 stars because while my food was great the meat was cold. I think if I do not get all the vegetable stuff on my nacos an extra scoop of meat should be implied. The price didn't go down for me because I didn't want vegetables. Nevertheless, the normal portion of nacho to meat and bean was dead on. For me trying food without all the extras helps me to see of the main product is of good quality. I'd say the meat was still good cold. That's a big deal. The other reason for 4 stars and not 5 is the pop machine provides you with a watered down/flat pop. Not very good the syrup mix has been turned down. Two lack of quality disappointments but still a great place to get good Tex-Mex. I will still keep recommending this place and hope that my experience was a one time fluke.
