Panera Bread

The food, if we get it is always fine. But ALWAYS check your online order! Almost every time we go and order lunch online or app, it is either missing ingredients we paid more to add or even whole sandwiches before. Workers don't seem to be happy with their work and it shows. We still go, because we love the food, you just have to be vigilant to make get what you pay for.

Make sure you check your order at pick up. I ordered a sandwich with no cheese or avocado yet it had both. Called about it but spent almost 10 min going through the auto system or on hold.. rest of food was good... just none of the customizations were done. Allergic to cheese so my sandwich was a no go.

This place is the worst. Can’t really decide if the food or the service is the worst part. There is no consistency with the food. They are often out of items. Their employees are exceptionally rude. I was curious about what kind of cookie was in the bags that were by the register for sale. I asked the clerk what they were and she rolled her eyes and said cookies. Really? I can’t imagine how this place is ever going to stay in business.

I was craving everything bagels so as a night shifter I made my stop here on my way home from a long nights work. Man was that a mistake. I was the only car in the drive through at 730am. I was rushed through my order of a half dozen sliced everything bagels and a chicken frontega no tomato with a baguette! When I got to the drive through window a lady was standing at a computer screen with her back turned to me for atleast twenty minutes and when she did finally move she walked the other direction. At about 12 minutes in some one came and threw my bags on the counter and walked away. Took atleast 30 minutes for someone to come take my money. And when she handed me my bags they were already cold. Got home pulled out a bagel and surprise not sliced. My sandwich had lots of nasty tomatoes. And to top it all off chips instead of my baguette. I'm not one to usually complain but come on couldn't you atleast get something right!

Have always loved Panera and come here about 4 times a week for lunch. Last 5 times I’ve ordered the same smoothie it’s come back with literal chunks of ice in it. When paying $5 for a small smoothie, I expect a SMOOTHIE, not an ICEE. This all goes without mentioning the woman with the glasses behind the food counter that has the worst attitude, but god forbid you say something to her she’ll just roll her eyes at you and go about her day. Will continue to eat Panera, only because their Mac and cheese is the only thing this pregnant momma craves :(
