This place has the worse customer service they give you old food not just cold OLD I went her after my daughter got off work drove further to this location hoping better service and 🗑! I am over all fast food at this point. Better off going to savvy or somewhere that cost more to get good HOT food and better service. Everyone here sound rude order taker and the person at window with frowned face! Terrible service

Mobile order for carry-out pickup which said was open in the app. The doors were locked at 3:45pm in the afternoon. I sat in the mobile order for parking for over 15 minutes and tried calling the store multiple times without anyone answering. I sit here in the drive-thru line 20 minutes later and with the speed cars are moving, it will likely be another 20 minutes. Avoid this Wendy's location at all cost if you value your time.

This is my last time here. I order a 5 dollar biggy bag it's suppose to have bacon on it, and the last 3 times there hasn't been and they charge you for BBQ and they don't even give it to you and you ask for the next day because you didn't get it and they charged you and they fight with you about, even the Manager when it's there job to fix what was wrong and the manager didn't.

I specifically looked up the Business hours to make sure that they would be open when I got there at 10:55 and Google says their hours are till 1 AM but after I sat at the speaker for a few minutes and no one ever came I drove up to the window and the employee with dreadlocks just stared at me and waved me off. He couldn’t even be bothered to speak with me. Employees are rude and ignorant! The employees obviously own the store because this happens pretty frequently where they don’t follow hours listed. I came to the same location yesterday and they were clearly open but weren’t taking any orders for whatever reason me and the other cars in front of me and behind me all pulled off so this happens quite frequent.
