Literally the worst chicken wings and beyond tenders I have ever had. I wanted to return them or get a refund but how do I prove that they were cooked for at least double the recommendation. Those beyond tenders were so over cooked they were hard to bite into and break apart. The wings were so well done that the chicken was dry and withered much like jerky. It had shrunk to half size within the outside breading "shelI"(never seen anything like it) spent $27 dollars on this food and wholly regret it. KFC did the unbelievable and that is ruin dark meat chicken. I will never come here again and waste my money on this poorly run establishment.

Grown up loving their chicken! Was very disappointed at my visit this past week when I was told they were out of bone in chicken and had to phone home to figure out what everyone wanted instead. It was within 20min of closing, but I still think of they're supposed to be open the full menu should be available. (They were out of drink straws as well! 🤦)

Ordered a 2 pc extra crispy fill up with 2 thighs instead of 1 thigh 1 leg. Wife got a pot pie. When we got home (about 6 or 7 min) the pot pie was OK but the 2 pc fill up was terrible. 1st, I had ordered 2 thighs but got a leg and a thigh. They were the scrawniest most shriveled up pcs of chicken I've ever seen. They looked like they had been "under the lights" for hours. I ate some of the thigh, but the leg was so dried out that it was not edible. Seems like KFC has been going downhill for a long time. Too bad, it use to be great. Have given them several chances and always say "I won't be back",. Well this time I really won't be back.
