This is the worst experience I have had in a long time. We ordered our food, for 3 kids and 1 adult, and came to $50. This was at 6:45. We drove away from the window and my daughter meal was wrong. Went around to walk in and the doors were locked. I opened my sandwich and it was wrong. My other daughter opened her sandwich and IT was wrong. Waited in the drive-thru until I got to the window. They told me sorry, they closed at 7pm and it was 7:06. I said that was fine, give me my money back then. I was told thatthey couldn't give me a refund untilthe next morning. I love 30 minutes away. Terrible service!

They have not screwed my food up recently even though the quality of their food has kind of gone downhill. But their customer service is pretty good and I haven't had to argue with anybody about fixing anything that needed to be fixed. That seems to be a diamond in the rough these days

Half the time this place is “closed”. The store hours say open but the workers just sit inside playing on their phones. They put a message on the drive thru telling people to come back another day because they are closed. Idk if they are just understaffed or if they just don’t wanna work. I would assume understaffed. Either way it’s better to save your time and try a different fast food place first.

I just got back from burger King with my order. I saw the new spicy Whopper melt and had to give it a try. I mean, its was part of a really good meal. Anyway, I get home open the bag and burger inside is NOTHING LIKE THE T.V. PICTURES. Seriously, it was toasted at all. It was cold like a left over in fridge. I don't recommend it all.
