Rally's

Very disappointed my double rally cheeseburgers both only had one piece of cheese on them in between the patties and the patties themselves tasted like they had been sitting in the drawer for over an hour they were very dry and we're not fresh tasting it might be expected if they were super busy but I only have one car in front of me and nobody else was there. The employee at the window was very unaccommodating and needs to learn how to properly handle the customers instead of trying to argue with them.

Great food. The crazy amount of time I spent in line and at the window was 25 minutes with 3 cars in front of Mr. While at the window watched up to 4 or 5 employees playing around while 1 poor kid filled drinks and stuff. Not sure if this is acceptable behavior but I don't expect lines like that with multiple staff on shift. Mar 7 22 update. Better service today so added a star. Took awhile to get good but it's tastey. Hope to make 5 stars eventually.

Literally just stood at the door for 5 minutes and had 2 employees look at me and ignore me. I checked all the signage and they werent closed for another hour. Finally someone comes after knocking a few times and waving hello, there was a sign that said you needed to wear a mask so I put one on right away. Finally when a woman came to the door she said the lobby was closed very sternly and i said ok sorry i didnt see any signage saying that and she responded with "i can make a sign for you" i responded "well not for me,..." and I just walked away from the disrespect in her tone and from being ignored. All I wanted was to get some food and left being disrespected. I did nothing wrong, didnt say anything snippy or rude and still got treated poorly.

It's about the people up there ,thier customers, shout out to the pretty girl in drive through not the darkskinned one the white girl,who look like a porcelain doll. Forgot your name,, She always make my experience great she is awesome every time I come up there I look for her cause my food be fresh and good when she be on shift

Had a pretty bad experience the other day. I ordered a big Buford burger combo(double burger, fries, coke). I was handed the food and I drove away. As I was driving away I ate my fries first. Once done, I went to reach for my Buford. Instead I found the tiniest chicken sandwich I have ever seen. It was far too late, I was miles away. I paid far to much for something I did not order.

Ordered the BBQ bacon mother clucker. I read the website first to know which meal I wanted. I got mozzarella sticks as the side. When we got the meal I asked for the ranch or the marinara that comes with them and they said they would give it to us this time but it's .59 cents next time. I should come with mozzarella sticks! Then I open my sandwich and it has some of the right ingredients on it and a lot of wrong. Mainly it has BBQ sauce AND honey mustard. So looked at the website again and it was all wrong. I took it back up and not one but two ladies fought with me in front of other costumers that I was wrong. I showed them the website and she said the website was wrong. I felt pretty embarrassed and said I'm not looking for anything if I'm wrong. She did then make me a new sandwich without the honey mustard and the sandwich (almost) the right way was delicious. But whichever ever is right, honey mustard and BBQ sauce together is a crime.
