Culver's

It's just not worth the money or time. The food is a slight step above standard fast food. The cost is pretty high for fast food but I'll give that a pass. What I can't get past is the waiting. Placing my order last time I sat there for over 4 minutes just waiting. I spoke to the box and waited. Eventually someone came. Placed the order and waited a good 18 minutes for the food. Now I get it. Places get busy but everytime I come here it's an epic wait. Even when the order is just a burger and fries by itself. It's not just this location it is the same at other chains for Culver's. I get it. Your motto is fresh well made but for that price and lack of speed for a fast food place it's just not worth it in my opinion.

The staff asked my fiance if he wanted anything extra on his burger . He said he wanted a regular burger. They didn't tell him it was plain with no ketchup mustard lettuce Tomato onions or pickles. It was shocking to get a burger with nothing on it. The assistant manager worked at another chain and knew my fiance and recognized him and tried flirting with him in front of me. She didn't even speak to me. He said she had tried flirting with him at her other job and he ignored her but was surprised she would do it in front of me. The notable behavior is she looked around me and acted like I wasn't there. It was so obvious. Then her staff didn't get his order right so he asked me to take it up to correct it. I ordered the chicken nuggets and they were good. The strawberry mango cooler was great.

I really love all over his. But this one can't seem to get my order right to save their lives. I have literally had to have the same order replaced twice over the last month because they continue to get it wrong. I think the only reason that I keep going back there is because the local alternatives are McDonald's or Burger King for a quick burger and well even a screwed-up Culver's Burger is better than a perfect McDonald's or Burger King Burger

Why did you put ketchup and mustard on my deluxe burger that doesn't even come with ketchup or mustard? I can see accidentally putting mayo on it cause it comes with mayo.. I could have at least eaten mayo I just don't like having a soggy sandwich by time I get it home. Putting mustard on it minus well have served me ant poison.. Right in the garbage...

Never going back. Don't bother asking the workers an unusual question when waiting for someone to fulfill an order and all workers were idle such as "is someone going to bring my order?" I did this and was treated like a disrespectable person. How else to just be polite? Order came out incorrectly, so I gave up on this place and pitched it out.

Placed an order via mobile app, for curbside pickup. Pickup time was set for 5pm, app wasn’t working for us to let them know we were here, so I called them to let them know we were here. They said they would bring it out to us. A customer pulled in 10 minutes after we I called and they got their order before we did!
