Taco Bell

I recently moved here from out of state and was told by a friend who moved from the same city that fast food in St. Louis is "how the companies designed/planned for their products to be" in their labs/test kitchens/test locations. Boy was he right! My order was spot on! The food was piping hot, wrapped carefully, included napkins, utensils, and the exact number of hot sauce packets in the correct mild/med/hot distribution. Crazy! The teenagers working the drive through were professional, polite, and well kempt individuals who seemed to actually care about their jobs. I was absolutely floored! I thought it might just be this location, but this has been pretty true of all franchise/chain take out I've had here so far, but this location is #1

Note on door says for your convenience we are only taking orders through the drive thru. Well it is not good service or convenience when there are 16 cars in line at 2:10 pm. Also when you can get inside they will not take your order, you have to use a screen that hundreds of people have touched and left their germs and I'm supposed to use it and then eat with My fingers? Not very sanitary. When using the screen you can not make changes to your order so that is not convenient either. Very disappointed with Taco Bell!

"Our dining room is closed to serve you better" Wut? That line of cars all the way around and nearly out of the parking lot would beg to differ on that serving you better thing. Drive through only is fine and dandy if you are pushing through cars like a cattle drive. The snail pace of that line would be pretty much a 20 minute wait or more. Naw thanks.

Ordered through Uber eats. When I got my order, my 3 taco Supreme were missing. I called and talked to Chase who was very apologetic and offered to bring me the 3 tacos! He delivered to my apt personally! That my friends is the best service I've had from any restaurants in a long time! And on top of the tacos he brought me another cherry freeze. Thank you Chaseyou have restored my faith in humanity

Horrible service! I placed an online party order for 1:30 and when I got there the doors were locked, so I called. I got there at 1:30 on the money and was told to get in the drive through with 15 cars in it and they would get started on it. By the time I got though the drive through it was 2:09. I told them the order was supposed to be for 1:30 not 2:09 and I just got shoulder shrugs. Jokes on you with your bad service, I tried to pay and they said it was paid for online, we never paid! I’ll never order from here again!
