Just got home and they forgot my cookies that I ordered for my daughter. I called and the lady that answered asked if that is all I'm missing. No apologies offered or anything. Just ended up baking cookies at home. Either way it will be a lost of time and gas just to drive there again.

I went in the drive thru and came home and open my food and my hamburger was not even completed. worst service ever. How can they make up hamburger without any buns
so always check order don't leave without checking

This is the most consistent McDonald's in our area. I've been living in South Seattle for two years and the Federal Way McDonald's off hwy 99 next to Dutch Bros is the only one I go to. Their always pleasant and always get my order correct.

We went to this drive-through yesterday morningWhere they got my order completely wrong missing items old food stuff like that. We call somebody answers and gives us the name says they can replace our stuff. Today my boyfriend goes up there to pick up the food because it was for our kids and they proceeded to tell him that the person whose name was given no longer works there they can’t do anything about it But replace one of the items And basically decided to not be of any help. I’ve worked fast food before it is not that hard to find out who was the manager and what is going on. They really need to do better I have been trying to call and the phone just keeps being busy

Extremely fast service with the system they have in place, but only when I got to the speaker. It was the busiest time of the day so I was fine with the wait and the food was nice and hot.

Customer service needs to definitely improve. Blonde hair dude and the older hispanic woman are at night. They rude as hell most times I go.
