I was just happy that it was CLEAN AF and it was dope to see a handicap accessible area. NEVER seen one before… when I’m on the road and I stop, I usually already get in my head that wherever I go will be dirty, nasty and have terrible customer service …. NOT HERE BABY! 😂 I couldn’t really make my coffee the right way in the app, so the manager came up and I said “I KNOW THIS AINT STARBUCKS BUT…” the. She said “I GOT YOU THOUGH!” Ahh….

Pure nasty male restroom, dirty items at store entrance employee sleeping with head resting on the table at the entrance. I was going to order some food and I washed my hands, I was to done after seeing what I saw at first appearance. This store needs to be subjected to monthly inspection. Imagine what the food area looked like if the bathrooms aren’t maintained. Eating area and floors are nasty as well. Recommend be closed until up to standards. Manager needs to be addressed.

Best McDonald's around. I have visited this location at least 5 times and all different times of day. Today happens to be around 2am. Which is what I would see and experience at 6am and 4pm... What can I say? There is a wait. But you will appreciate the food!! Other dining facilities are horrible. Enjoy the wait and delight in McDonald's. *Almost finished qtr pounder while writing review*

We want hot and crispy fries not wet and wimpy. Also we buy a large fry and it’s not full. The sandwiches are sloppy. The nuggets were hard and not fresh and crunchy. Husband ordered the surf and turf burger and just got two separate sandwiches. We thought the draw was y’all were putting them together.. very disappointed in the last few trips we have gone to mcds.

Only gave me 9 nuggets instead of 10. Additionally, I asked for a McChicken plain, and I was given a Southern Style Chicken Sandwich. The sandwich had no pickles but tasted like pickles. Upon looking inside the sandwich, you can tell someone put a pickles there and took it off after realizing it wasn't supposed to be up there. This is VERY DANGEROUS. Suppose I was allergic and that's why it was requested to be off? When someone requests for something to be plain, you should really consider the fact that it may be a life or death matter and take that more seriously! If you make a mistake, start over! Don't try to take it off once it's been up there (especially something as strong and damp as a pickle). If someone had gotten hives (or worse died!) you would have a lawsuit on your hands. Careless!

My daughter and I went through the drive thru for a quick breakfast at 6 am on a Sunday. We waited almost 20 minutes and there were only 3 cars ahead of us. The car that was right in front of us left because the wait was so long. We could see and hear other employees through the window but the poor women at the window seemed to be the only one taking order, cooking and serving.
