Coffee was representative of the impeccable service. My barista Rue, presented me with an amazing Amaretto Hot Chocolate. Would definitely recommend.

I had a good time here the other day and was served by a very friendly server called Alicia who was very lovely and chatty, she also made me an amazing coffee. What a way to start the day off.

Standard coffee for the chain, only 1 staff member at the time of our visit so very slow service, and no clearing up done. However very polite, friendly and efficient

Had a lovely coffee and cake at Farnham branch. Good service. Sat inside, socially distanced, I like the social distancing, you're not squashed up too close to other people.

Great that you can now sit inside now restrictions have been relaxed. Great chill out music. Good ventilation having both doors open giving good breeze which keeps air circulating. Excellent friendly service from staff as usual. Felt sorry for staff wearing face masks. I think face shield would perhaps be more comfortable for them.

Great coffee. However it’s often understaffed, meaning the tables aren’t cleared frequently enough. Certain staff are not particularly customer focused, but most are great (eg Mark).

My favourite chain coffee shop ever! Offers vegan sandwiches, and the cocoa powder here is vegan which means I don't miss out on hot cocoa!!!! Lots of chairs and tables in different areas, and has lots of plug sockets if needed. Staff are helpful and welcoming.
