On one visit recently my husband tried to enter using the north entrance but it was locked and then he tried the south entrance but it was locked. There wasn't a sign on either door that the lobby was closed and drive through only. I stopped for breakfast using the drive though around 7:30 a.m. one morning and an employee taking trash out informed me that they wouldn't be open until "closer to 8:00". Again no sign at the drive through informing customers of this fact.I went through the drive through on Friday and when I paid I requested ketchup and the employee acknowledged that he would add ketchup. When I opened my bag of food it wasn't what I ordered and appeared to be someone else's order. Worst of all....no ketchup. I am done with Burger King. McDonald's is just across the street.

Absolutely horrible. Let's start off with customer service. Super blah didn't even ask what kind of drink I wanted. The fries were so gross (taste like old oil). Hamburger was cold and couldn't even eat it with confidence. Chicken fries were okay according to the kids. OH! and the drive thru road. Will never stop by there again.

Honestly if I could give half a star I would, the only thing they didn't screw up wer my drinks. My meal was cold when I got it, they gave me the wrong sandwich and my fries weren't the size I ordered. I am super disgruntled at the shotty overpriced meal.

ABSOLUTELY RUDE CUSTOMER SERVICE, Dirty Inside, Flies Flying Everywhere, You Have Trash On The Floor. The Workers Constantly Have An Attitude, And When You Tell Them They Forgot Something With Your Order They Legit Argue With You Instead Of Fixing The Situation.

DESERVES AN UPDATE , 2 stars to 5 stars. We came to give it a try again and Costomer service was good and food was great! Clean and nice staff !

The last two times I've been at this location for a breakfast sandwich, the sandwich was cold in the middle. Plus the service isn't the best. But I have found the last several years that service isn't that good at MOST fast food places, so why should BK be any different?

I get right now everyone has staff shortages but when you have a system failure within your building that you can’t figure out for weeks you probably shouldn’t be open(door dash),and if you’re also going to have a limited menu because only your a.m. crew can make enough for the entire day and yet you still run out you should probably train more of your staff!!
