Pizza Ranch

This was the grossest Pizza Ranch I have ever been in! I was there at 7pm on a Saturday. There was food all over the buffet! Mashed potatoes spilled, corn everywhere, no pizzas, no salad dressing and salad bar was a sticky mess. There was food on the floor all around the buffet plus napkins and silverware in the floor. I won’t even mention the filth in the restrooms! I was there for 25 minutes and nobody made any effort to clean a thing! What a disgrace to the Pizza Ranch name! Just take a look at the photos. GROSS!!

One of the best pizza places in town, with good thick crust. They serve other comfort food too like chicken, mashed potatoes, stuffing, and a salad bar. But tbh my favorite is always the dessert pizzas. They've recently installed an arcade next door and it's great! $20 in games credits got us at least an hour of playtime, but only a few games offer tickets for prizes. Most games are just for fun.

Stopped in for a quick lunch. Pizza and salad is always a good lunch. Pizza could have used more sauce since it is basically sitting under a heat lamp drying out. Salad bar was good but a few things were empty. Bathrooms needed to be cleaned better. They basically had dried up soap on the walls around the soap dispensers. The main dining area was clean.

Never again. Tuesday evening (4-26). Called a drive through order around 5:15. 8 pc chicken and waffle fries. They said it would be ready in 20 minutes. Rolled up around 5:30. Paid for my order. They said they were waiting on the chicken. Waited another 10 minutes at the window. Called the restaurant. Another staffer came to the window and wanted to see my receipt. Gave it to him. He mumbled something to me and went away. Waited another 5 minutes and called again. After another 5 minutes yet another guy tossed me my order without any comment. Fries and chicken were cold. If you can’t do drive through don’t do drive through.
