Absolutely horrible. Waited 10 min still didn’t get waited on. They were not busy. She sat there and played on her phone even seen us standing there. If you have time to play on your phone then you have time to take my order.

Was there today and the lil girl in the second window was very rude because I asked for what I paid for lol just couruis how u could order 3 large drinks and get and 3 different sizes that's just crazy, if u don't like ur job then quit........

Not sure which mcdonalds this is I end up at mcdonalds alot. Especially having a toddler. If it was the east fairmont wv location the frys was horrible the grease apparently hasn't been changed in months.

Very nice McDonald's. Staff was friendly and attentive. The restaurant was quite clean. The restrooms were spotless. I couldn't really find much to complain about. You may find this hard to believe, but the milk shake machine was actually working at this fine establishment. Access off of highway was a little awkward, but not a deal killer for me. No issues returning here on my next trip through the area. Would highly recommend.

Worst sandwiches we ever had. The burger was burned as were both of our buns and the crispy chicken was greasy. So sad!!!!!!

The only down side is that you frequently have to pull up and wait for your order but everything else is great

East Side Fairmont On Speedway. Clean, great staff, building has a trendy funky little look. Multiple options to order with an employee inside, drive thru, on their mobile app, or at the kiosk stations inside. Multiple options to paying cash, card, or mobile payment (Google, apple, Samsung, andriod). Great way to start my day steak Big Breakfast. Yum.

The people were friendly..... but wow was this place dirty...... it's a good thing we were only getting coffee and not food..... there were no napkins and the place was disgustingly dirty..... check out the people cleaning above cooking food and the stuff all over the floor and counters in the back....
